I am a consultant specialising in IT Service Management (ITSM), service delivery and IT - business alignment, with 25 years experience in the UK and in South Africa. I deal with process development and improvement, people and organisation management, and supporting tools implementation, with a particular focus on integration and data architecture.
I consult directly and through leading service management consulting and training companies in South Africa.
